How do you personalize products?
All customized products are engraved using laser etching which provides a permanent finish on your LATTAALV Brand product.
What products can be customized?

When will I receive my customized Thermos Brand product?
We work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Expect to have your products within 6-8 weeks after your order is placed.
Can I edit my custom order?
Custom orders cannot be edited, cancelled, or modified after submission. Please review your order proof carefully before checking out to ensure everything is correct.
Can I return my customized product?
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products. See more information on returnshere. Please contact lattaalv@yahoo.com if the engraving does not match the proof.
Why was my custom order cancelled?
LATTAALV reserves the right to cancel any orders that violate our terms. Custom text cannot include any indecent, political, or unlawful content and must not infringe any persona, copyright, or trademark rights (e.g., cannot include third-party brands, celebrities, sports teams, colleges, or company names).
